Chris Story

Chris grew up surrounded by a family of musicians and singers. At the age of four, he started playing the fiddle and competing in contests around the state of Texas.  Chris went on to learn the saxophone in high school which led him to a full scholarship from Abilene Christian University.  Over the years, Chris has taught himself to play the mandolin, rhythm guitar, bass guitar, piano, and harmonica.

He joined his first band in 1995 and in 1997 the Chris Story Band was formed.  After years of performing in clubs and dance halls, Chris was introduced to corporate events and weddings.  He has traveled around the United States performing for well-known corporations, making him an established artist in the event industry.
